Payment Terms
Quotes and Invoices: All project quotes are provided after a detailed discussion of your requirements. Invoices are issued upon project agreement.
Payment Schedule: Payments are typically divided into milestones. The initial deposit is required before the project begins, followed by scheduled payments upon completion of agreed milestones.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI via Razorpay.
Revisions and Feedback
Revision Policy: We offer a specified number of revisions as part of our service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Feedback Process: Client feedback is essential for the success of the project. We encourage timely and constructive feedback to ensure your project meets your expectations.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: Either party may cancel the project at any time. However, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
Refunds: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the amount of work completed. Initial deposits are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including names, contact details, and project specifications.

Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. BrandBff retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

Confidentiality
NDA Agreements: We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to ensure the confidentiality of your proprietary information.
Internal Confidentiality: All information shared with BrandBff is treated as confidential and only accessible to team members involved in your project.
Client Responsibilities
Timely Communication: Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and necessary materials to ensure project timelines are met.
Content Ownership: Clients must ensure that any content provided to BrandBff for the project does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Limitation of Liability
BrandBff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of law with jurisdiction over BrandBff’s location, which is in Chennai, India.
